Bootcamp gives you a fitness and fat loss workout packed into a dynamic 45 minute session. This short and intense Bootcamp session is ideal for city centre professionals as a pre-work, lunchtime or after hours fitness workout. Our KBT trained staff integrate engaging functional training methods with high intensity training modes for maximum results in minimum time.
