Weightlifting club in Birmingham. Our coaches bring you Barbell Club, a small group session where participants work a progressive programme that is periodised under the supervision of a coach. Ideal for improvements in strength, power and mobility.
Please note, all participants must first attend our Fundamental Lifting course before attending Barbell Club.
