Paul is a Strength and Conditioning Coach who has previously worked as Physical Preparation Lead within Premier League football. He is accredited through both the U.K and U.S Strength & Conditioning Associations, and also close to submitting his Doctoral Thesis where he is developing pioneering practices in the development of contextually specific sprinting ability in professional football. Alongside this, he possesses an MSc in Strength & Conditioning and a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science.
By combining elite level experience of working with international athletes and a doctoral level scientific background, Paul is able to design results-driven programs that will facilitate you reaching your desired goals, regardless of initial ability level.
