
The most technical of Olympic lifts ‘The Snatch’ is taught in reverse order as we start from the finish position of the overhead squat and teach the lift back to the floor. This lift is technically and physically challenging but incredibly satisfying when completed.
All participants receive a 2 day complimentary Strength & Conditioning programme and a 3 class pass to Barbell Club.
YOU MUST COMPLETE FUNDAMENTAL LIFTING PRIOR TO ATTENDING.
