This workshop starts your weightlifting journey and enables you to move into our Barbell Club. The Fundamental lower body movements of Squat and Deadlift are the focus of this session. We look how to successfully integrate them into your training regime. Upon completion we will credit you with a 3 class pass to our Barbell Club so that you can begin your new regime under our nurturing guidance.
