Our Strength Development Programme is designed to enhance our members. You’ll can work under the guidance of our Strength & Conditioning coaches in Barbell Club.

The Fundamental Lifting workshop is the starting point to this programme and then more advanced Powerlifting and Olympic movements are taught and implemented as the programme evolves. This 12 week course can cater from the de-conditioned and nervous first time lifter, right up to the Olympic athlete. With the nurturing support of our Barbell Club and access to a top team of coaches, you have got a fast track route to success. Newcomers are welcome in at any phase of the Strength Development Programme and immediately after completion and re-testing you can begin a new 12 week programme and aim for new personal bests in all of your lifts.
