As you’d expect, there are extra measures put in place for cleaning and sanitisation of equipment.
We also have protocol that we expect our users to follow.
Tiers 1 & 2
For the gym user, we are not only keeping you safe – but enhancing your gym experience. Classes are now operating on a reduced capacity (tier 1 &2 only) and persons wanting to use the gym must book their workout slots for either Lifting (weight training) or HIIT, Boxing & Cardio.
There is a bespoke feel to working out and no queuing for equipment. Users have 1 hour and 10 minute slots to complete their workout, at the end of every training slot, the team sanitise and tidy the gym ready for the next cohort. If you are looking to train with one of our coaches, they will book this workout slot for you.
During tier 3, following government guidelines, we are not permitted to run group exercise.
We are still offering users a chance to engage with our community. We will be putting up weekly workouts of the week (WOW’s) for Bootcamp, Met Con, HIIT Cardio, Boxing and Lifting Workouts. We will not only post these video’s online but leave a specialist coach in the gym at set times so you can be shown how to implement these workouts on your own. You can record your times to compete against other gyms users, or use them as a guide to how you are progressing.
