Our Birmingham city centre based classes are ideal for improving fitness and promoting weight loss. You can choose Bootcamp, Met Con or Raw HIIT Cardio for a short and intense 40 minute HIIT workout. These classes run daily in the morning, lunchtime and evening.
Our vastly experienced boxing coaches can teach all levels from complete beginner how to box in our specialist Boxing Squad. This can be used a workout for the fitness benefits that boxing brings or as a spring board into competitive boxing.
Our Barbell Club is designed to enhance your strength, boost your metabolism and sculpt your physique with a progressive and evolving programme. We welcome new persons on board with our beginner friendly fundamental lifting course.
Classes are only available during Covid Tiers 1 & 2. We are offering coaches on the gym floor during Covid tier 3 to show members and non-members how to complete the ‘Workout of the week’ for Bootcamps, Raw HIIT Cardio, Met Con, Lifting and Boxing
