
Intro to Weight Training Worskhops
Our Intro to Weight Training Workshops are the entry requirement for access to our Barbell Club.
In these three sessions not only can we teach you the cornerstones of Olympic Weightlifting and Strength & Conditioning programmes including Clean and Jerk, Snatch, Deadlift, Squat, Military Press. We can also ascertain your range of motion and establish the parameters to design you a personalised programme that can be implemented in our Barbell Club or as part of your Elite Membership.
