while you get to eat the foods you enjoy ( in moderation). Using the
simplest of weight loss equations that calories in vs calories out will
produce weight loss which is applicable for most of the world’s
population. While flexible dieting doesn’t mean that you can just eat
whatever and as much of any food that you want, it does mean that
you get to eat the foods you enjoy. Taking into consideration your
daily carbohydrate, proteins and fat requirement they can be
manipulated, whether you want to lose weight, gain weight or
maintain a stable weight. Following the 80/20 rule you can add in
those foods you enjoy in the right amounts whenever you want
them, if you stay within your macro range. With this dieting
technique you can say goodbye to the bland boring dreaded diet
food and hello to the satisfying foods you enjoy and stay dieting for
longer. Like they say the best diet is the one you can stick too.
